WALT improve our kicking and arm stroke in swimming.

We have been busy making the most of our swimming sessions and each Tuesday and Thursday, we swim continuously for 20 minutes doing different circuits around the pool. We are learning to improve our kicking using pointed toes and to raise one arm out of the water at a time and breathe after 6 kicks. We have been using the flutterboards to help us and then we have a go without it.
